摘　　要： 经济与文化的全球化给语言服务业的发展带来了机遇,也对应用型翻译人才培养提出了更高要求。本文通过对中国内地商务翻译相关期刊论文和学位论文进行文献调研及研究方法论层面的分析,发现现有学术型导向的商务翻译人才培养存在诸多问题,针对这些问题本文从商务翻译教学的培养目标、能力模块、课程设置、教学方法、师资要求、论文指导几个方面,探讨了职业化导向的商务翻译人才培养模式。 The globalization of economy and culture has brought forward opportunities to the development of language services industry, and put forward higher demands on the profession-oriented translation/interpreting （T/I） education. This paper conducted a bibliometrical and methodological analysis of related degree theses and journal articles in Chinese mainland. It was found that the current academic-oriented business T/I education has encountered many problems. Against these problems, the paper moved forward to explore a proper mode of business T/I education from six such aspects as educational objectives, competence constituents, curriculum design, training methods, demands on trainers, and degree thesis supervision and management.
