摘 要: 近年来,伴随着我国教育体系的不断完善以及民众生活水平的不断提升,间接性导致了高校毕业生的数量开始急速增加,就业问题日益突出。由于我国人力就业市场体制机制尚不完善,地域空间劳动力供求失衡、就业信息的严重不对称等现况[1],高校毕业生就业歧视现象日趋增多,这不仅影响了毕业生充分就业,造成人才资源的严重浪费,同时也影响了和谐社会的建设。文章分析出现就业歧视的成因,根据成因探寻对策,在保障高校毕业生就业权的同时也促进大学生就业,从而为多方共赢和谐发展献计献策。 In recent years, the numbers of college graduates have been increasing rapidly and employment prob- lems have been becoming increasingly prominent. Owing to the immaturity of and supply-demand imbalance of labour force, college graduates employment discrimination is increasing which leads to the waste of talents and affects harmo- nious society construction. This paper analyzes the causes of employment discrimination and explores the strategies to promote employment.
