摘　　要： 《第三次浪潮》是美国著名未来学家托夫勒的时代巨著,上世纪80年代初在我国翻译出版,为我国知识阶层开启了一扇通向信息化时代的大门。它关于信息化发展的描述,一定程度上成为我国图书馆开展信息化建设的指南,并在很大程度上影响了我国图书馆发展战略指导思想的制定,直到今天仍有指导意义和价值。文章通过对《第三次浪潮》有关信息化发展预测的回顾和研究,肯定了80年代初以来我国图书馆现代化发展战略规划和方向的准确性,未来图书馆的进步将在同一逻辑思路下继续前进。 The Third Wave is the famous American futurist Alvin Toffler＇s work of prophecy that published at the beginning of 1980s in China, opened the gates of the information age to intelligentsias. Its description on the development of information technology, become guides that our libraries carry out the informatization construction, and in a large extent, affected the library development strategy of our country to develop the guiding ideology. The book on the future of information technology until today is not backward, with considerable guidance and value. The paper reviews and studies the prediction of the book on the information development, certainly since the early 1980s in our country modernized development of the library strategic planning and direction accuracy, the progress of the library in the future will be in the same logical thinking continue to move forward.
