辣木叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响
Effects of moringa oleifera leaf powder on production performance, egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens

摘  要: 试验旨在研究辣木叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用160只29周龄的健康矮脚杏花蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别用2%、4%、8%的辣木叶粉替代等量基础饲粮饲喂蛋鸡,预试期1周,正试期5周。结果表明:辣木叶粉对蛋鸡的平均蛋重影响不显著(P>0.05),2%的辣木叶粉组蛋鸡产蛋率显著降低(P<0.05),但4%和8%的辣木叶粉组产蛋率影响不显著(P>0.05);辣木叶粉对鸡蛋的蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋形指数和蛋黄率的影响都不显著(P>0.05),4%的辣木叶粉组蛋黄颜色显著提高(P<0.05),8%的辣木叶粉组蛋黄颜色极显著提高(P<0.01);辣木叶粉对蛋黄的卵磷脂、总胆固醇和粗蛋白质含量的影响都不显著(P>0.05),4%的辣木叶粉组鸡蛋蛋黄粗脂肪含量显著或极显著提高(P<0.05、P<0.01),8%的辣木叶粉组鸡蛋蛋黄粗脂肪含量极显著提高(P<0.01);辣木叶粉在一定程度上能降低蛋鸡血清中的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和血清总胆固醇(TC)浓度,其中8%的辣木叶粉组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和血清总胆固醇(TC)浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。结果提示,辣木叶粉对蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质、蛋黄营养成分和血清生化指标无不良影响,同时能显著提高蛋黄颜色和降低血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度。辣木叶粉对改善蛋品质,开发饲料资源具有积极意义。 The trial was conducted to study the effects of moringa oleifera leaf powder on productionperformance, egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens. One hundred and sixty 29-week-old healthy bantam-xinghua laying hens were randomly allocated into the control and three treat-ment groups. Each group had five replicates and eight laying hens per replicate. The control group wasfed with the basal diet and the treatment groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were fed with the basal diets replaced with2%,4% and 8% moringa oleifera leaf powder, respectively. The pretest lasted for 1 week, and formaltest lasted for 5 weeks. The results showed as fol-lows: 1 Moringa oleifera leaf did not significant-ly affect the average egg weight(P〉0.05), thegroup of 2% moringa oleifera leaf could signifi-cantly decrease laying rate(P〈0.05), but 4%, 8%moringa oleifera leaf were not significantly affect-ed in laying rate(P〈0.05). 2 Moringa oleiferaleaf did not significantly affect egg shell force, albumen height, Haugh unit, egg-shape index and yolk rate(P〉0.05), the group of 4% moringa oleiferaleaf could significantly increase yolk color(P〈0.05), 8% moringa oleifera leaf could highly significantlyincrease yolk color(P〈0.01). 3 Moringa oleifera leaf did not significantly affect lecithin, total cholester-ol and crude protein of yolk(P〉0.05). The group of 4% moringa oleifera leaf could significantly in-crease crude fat of yolk(P〉0.05). 8% moringa oleifera leaf could highly significantly increase crude fatof yolk(P〈0.01). 4 Moringa oleifera leaf could decrease concentration of low density lipoprotein cho-lesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol, but it did not significantly affect oth-er detected serum biochemical indexes(P〈0.05). The group of 8% moringa oleifera leaf could signifi-cantly decrease concentration of low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol(P〈0.05).These results indicated that moringa oleifera leaf did not have negative eff
