摘 要: 微卫星锚定片段长度多态性(Microsatellite-anchored fragment length polymorphism,MFLP)分子标记技术是结合AFLP和SSR双重原理创造的,具有无需预知基因组信息、多态性丰富、可靠性强、重复性好、属湿性共显性标记、易于转化序列特异性标记等优点。作为一种新型分子标记技术,在茶树的遗传育种上应用潜力大。 Microsatellite anchored fragment length polymorphism (Microsatcllite - anchored fragment length polymorphism, MFLP) technology is combined with markers and molecular markers SSR dual principle. This technology has the advantages of no need on genome information, rich polymorphism, reliability, repeatability, wetcodominant markers and easy to converse sequence specificity. It has vast potential on application on the genetic breeding of tea plant.
