摘 要: 柴油机的碳烟和NO_x以及噪声排放一直制约着柴油机应用,通过商用FIRE软件建立燃烧室模型,着重对高压共轨柴油机混合气形成及燃烧过程进行研究,分析了喷射压力和匹配喷油器对缸内的两相流特性和燃烧特性的影响,利用高压共轨柴油机的直喷式缩口低排放型燃烧室结构优势,对混合气从喷雾参数和燃烧室匹配问题上进行优化控制,从而在保证柴油机的动力性和经济性的基础上,降低碳烟和NO_x以及噪声排放。 Diesel soot, NO. and noise emissions have restricted the diesel engine application, through commercial CFD software FIRE designed a combustion chamber model, emphatically of high-pressure co rail diesel engine mixture formation and combustion process were studied, shrink mouth low emissions combustion chamber structure advantages, the mixed gas from the parameters of the spray and combustion chamber matching problem on the optimization control of the direct injection, injection pressure and matching injector in the cylinder of the two-phase flow and combustion characteristic, using high-pressure co rail diesel machine was analyzed, thus to ensure the diesel engine's power and economy based on, reduce soot and NOx and noise emissions.
