摘　　要： 目前高校海外归国教师党建状况研究较为缺乏,运用R软件和SPSS软件对西部某"211"大学海归教师的政治认知和党建工作实况进行问卷调查发现:海归教师的个人属性对国外认知和政治认知有影响;国外认知对其政治认知影响大;二级党组织面向海归教师的专项党建活动少,在非党员海归教师的组织发展上着力不够,海归教师对日常党建活动形式、内容和频率满意度不高。因此应提高对海外归国教师群体党建工作重要性的认识,打造适合该群体特点的党建活动,建立规范化、精细化管理机制,加强海归党员教师教学和科研的模范先锋带动作用。 In response to the lack of research on CPC building among overseas returnees in universities, at present, we conducted a survey on the returned teachers from a Project 211 university in West China with the software of R and SPSS. We find that their personal characteristics have impact on their views to foreign countries and their political cognitions. Their cognitions obtained from foreign countries have great influence on their political cognitions. There are not enough activities held by the university party organizations for the returned teachers, especially for those who are not party members, and they have low degree of satisfaction to the forms, the contents and frequency of the activities. The universities should increase the value of the task and hold suitable activities for the returned teachers, establishing standard management mechanism to enhance their abilities for exemplary roles.
