摘　　要： 介绍了《劳特利奇法律语言学手册》的主要内容,并做了四个方面的简评。法律语言研究仍主要依托现有语言学理论,以应用为驱动,解决目前立法领域和司法领域的语言问题,同时提出了应用研究正在探讨和应该探讨的新的法律语言课题。 The paper briefly introduces all the chapters of The Routledge Handbook of Forensic Linguistics, and makes a comment from four aspects. The review shows that legal language research, based mainly on the present linguistic theories and driven by its application, is made to solve problems in legislative and judicial languages,and forensic linguistics has begun to explore and should explore some new topics on legal languages.
