摘　　要： 智能卡正在越来越多地进入生活。在侦查工作中,智能卡无论作为犯罪工具还是犯罪目标都十分普遍,因此研究其在侦查工作中的应用十分必要。在对智能卡的简单介绍及分类基础上,提出侦查中对银行卡和非银行卡的具体应用方法,尤其是对于最常见的购物卡和公交卡作出介绍并引入相关成功案例作为例证,最后提出智能卡在侦查中确定卡号、信息检索与布控以及信息研判与拓展应用的详细步骤。 Smart cards have become part of human life. In investigation,smart cards as criminal tools or goals are commonly seen,which makes it necessary to give a study on the application of smart cards in investigation. This paper gives a brief introduction to the categories of smart cards and puts forward concrete applicable methods of smart cards in investigation with a special focus on the successful cases of commonly- seen shopping cards and bus cards. At last this paper gives a detailed procedure as to the application of smart cards in investigation,such as determining the card number,information retrieval and position,information assessment and extended application,etc.
