摘 要: 2015年8月天津港爆炸事件再次证明设置化工企业卫生距离防护的重要性。卫生防护距离是指工厂在正常生产状况下由无组织排放源散发的有害物质,对工厂周围的居民健康不致造成危害的最小距离。通过对化工企业的资料收集,了解石化企业的生产技术、生产工艺流程、环保要求,以及企业大气污染排放源组成及特征,对影响防护距离计算的各个因素进行研究,可以保证居民健康和安全的生活环境。 In August 2015, Tianjin Binhai new area, the company dangerous goods warehouse explosion proof again the importance of health protection zone distance setting. Health protection distance refers to the plant under normal production conditions by the unorganized emission source of harmful substances, cause harm to health of people around the factory from the minimum distance. Through the data collection of chemical companies, understand petrochemical enterprise production technology, production process, environmental protection requirements, and the composition of air pollution emission source and characteristics, the study of the various factors influencing the protection distance calculation, in order to be to guarantee health and safety of the residents living environment.
