摘　　要： 提出了先进制造技术领域的逆向工程与新兴3D打印技术相结合的实验课程,给出了实施方案。实验内容包括了用手持式激光扫描仪对物体表面进行扫描,获取点云数据,然后将点云数据导入数字化逆向建模软件Geomagic Design Direct中进行处理,完成物体CAD实体模型重建,最后将模型导入CubeX 3D打印机中进行打印,实现快速制造。该实验内容体现了先进制造技术领域的最新发展趋势,在现代工业中有广泛的应用前景;实验教学的实施顺应了产业界对人才培养的最新需求,对于促进学生在现代产品设计与制造技术等方面的应用和创新能力具有积极的作用。 Experimental course of combining reverse engineering with emerging 3Dprinting technology in the field of advanced manufacturing technology is presented.Firstly,hand-held laser scanner is used to scan the surface of the object to get the point cloud data,and then,the point cloud data is imported into Geomagic Design Direct software for processing,to complete the object CAD model reconstruction.Finally,CubeX 3D printer is used to achieve rapid manufacturing.The experimental content reflects the recent development tendency of advanced manufacturing field,which has extensive application prospect in modern industry.Experimental course is complied with the talent cultivation requirement,which could promote students＇ application and innovation ability of mordern product design and manufacture technology.
