摘　　要： 中共十八大提出“五位一体”协调发展新的要求，城乡规划需要以人为本，适应发展方式转型、市场经济改革等多方面的要求。自20lO年起，清华大学建筑与城市研究所围绕新形势下人居环境科学的实践召开了一系列研讨会，名为“榕荫论坛”，主要研讨人居环境科学的学术思想以及具体的工作实践。利用2013年中国城市规划学会年会的机会，吴良镛先生在北京邀请嘉宾，在青岛以网络视频论坛的形式，举行了以“美好人居与规划变革”为题的榕荫论坛。论坛邀请了住房和城乡建设部以及广东、福建、江苏、浙江、黑龙江等地领导、专家、教授，就人居环境与和谐社会共同缔造以及它们对城乡规划变革的影响等进行讨论。本辑利用规划变革的主题，发表这次论坛上所有邀请嘉宾的主要发言，以了解美好人居的主要实践以及嘉宾们对这类实践将会如何影响城市规划变革的一些看法。 The 18th Party Congress put forward a new requirement of ＂five in one＂ coordinated development, which highlighted that urban and rural planning should be people- oriented and adapted to the transformation of development mode and reform of market economy. Sinee 2010, the Institute of Architectural and Urban Studies of Tsinghua University has held a series of seminars centering on the practice of the Sciences of Human Settlements in the changed situation. This series, entitled ＂Rongyin Forum＂, mainly investigates the academic thoughts about human settle- ments and its concrete practices.
