摘　　要： 人文精神培育是大学教育应有之义。受社会文化结构转型、科技理性过度膨胀、传统人文价值理念断裂、数字化生活模式普及等因素制约,大学人文精神培育陷入困境,引发大学生一系列问题。辅导员教育力的优势契合了人文精神培育的需求,从而使辅导员成为人文精神培育的重要力量。加强辅导员队伍建设,提升辅导员教育力,成为大学人文精神培育的必要之选。 The cultivation of humanistic spirit is one of the missions of universities. In current China, universities need to adjust their strategies in this respect due to social changes, university development, and digitalization of life. The students＇ counsellors play an important role in the humanistic education as they have a special advantage of being close to students in a variety of aspects, This paper argues that it is highly important that in humanistic education there should be a better team of students＇ counsellors with upgraded professional capability.
