摘　　要： 国际媒体是构建南海问题国际舆论的主要依托。国际媒体作为一个新的影响因素进入南海问题以来,先后有上百家媒体成为南海问题的重要国际传播源。这种国际媒体对南海问题国际舆论的塑造是中国南海维权必须面对的客观环境,也是探索中国南海问题主张实现有效国际传播,产生正向国际传播影响力的基础。在2009年之后,国际媒体关于南海问题的报道数量急剧增加。中国的国际媒体力量与美国及其盟国的整体力量相比,仍处于明显的弱势地位。欧美澳、东盟国家在南海问题上的政策和立场是当前南海问题国际舆论的主流。 International media is the main force creating the international public opinions about the South China Sea issue. As a new factor of the South China Sea issue, about one hundred international media agencies have become the important channel for distributing information on the South China Sea issue. That international media creates the international public opinions about the South China Sea issue is what China must face when safeguarding its rights in the South China Sea, and is the basis for exploring on how to achieve effective international communication and produce a positive international influence in respect of the South China Sea issue. After 2009, the number of international media reports on the South China Sea issue has increased dramatically Comparing the international media strength of China and the US and its allies, China is still in a weak position. The policy and stance of Europe, the US, Australia, and the ASEAN countries over the South China Sea issue are now the mainstream opinions on the South China Sea issue.
