摘 要: 提出一种用于牛仔混纺(如涤棉T/C、涤粘T/R等)经纱浆染、免退浆织造和功能整理的聚丙烯酸酯乳液特种浆料的制备方法及其应用工艺。采用预乳化乳液聚合工艺,在多元单体中引入可交联组分制得低温快速自交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液,交联温度低于120℃,再将其与涂料色浆、润滑剂等复配,制成一种可用于牛仔混纺经纱一步染色、上浆、功能整理和免退浆织造的特种浆料。采用该免退浆特种浆料着色可简化牛仔混纺经纱传统染纱时"先染涤后染棉/粘"及需中间还原清洗、后续皂洗、水洗等多步工序;通过交联反应可提高浆料和着色组分在纱线上的粘附性;添加润滑剂可保证纱线的织造性能;采用本浆料浆染、整理和织造后无需退浆,减少了废水排放和资源浪费。 The synthesis and application of a polyacrylate emulsion-based special size for sizing-dyeing, non-desizing and functional finishing of blended denim warps were proposed. The polyacrylate emulsion was prepared via using preemulsification polymerization technique with a low cross-linking temperature below 120 ℃. The special sizing agent for sizing-dyeing, non-desizing and functional finishing was formed by further combining the emulsion with additives of pigment paste and lubricant. Compared with the traditional multi-step dyeing and cleaning process for blended denim warps, the special size accomplished processes of sizing, dyeing and finishing in one step. The adhesive of the size and color components on yarns was improved through crosslinking reaction. The weaving performances of yarns were ensured by adding lubricant. The subsequent non-desizing procedure obviously reduced the waste water and saved resources.
