摘　　要： 当前电子商务领域知识产权执法运行面临着较大的压力。在社会治理理念的指导下,执法领域将出现多元参与、政府与电子商务网站协同的局面。协同执法的具体推进方式是由电子商务网站建立审查机制、在电子商务网站建立行政执法窗口、行政机关联合电子商务网站制定协同执法规程等,还需要做好行政执法机关职能建设、协同行政执法的法律政策依据建设、知识产权执法监督机制建设等配套性工作。 The current e-commerce field of intellectual property law enforcement is facing greater pressure. Under the guidance of the concept of social governance, law enforcement will present multiple participation--government and e-commerce sites collaborative situation. Collaborative law enforcement to promote specific way is by the e-commerce website to establish a mechanism to review, and in the electronic commerce website to set up window of administrative law enforcement. Besides, administrative organs coordinate electronic commerce website to develop collaborative law enforcement rules. And it is also necessary to do a good job in the construction of the administrative law enforcement organs function, the coordination of administrative executive law policy basis construction, intellectual property law enforcement supervision mechanism construction of supporting.
