摘　　要： "美丽乡村"是升级版的社会主义新农村,是"美丽中国"在我国农村地区的具体体现。低碳乡村旅游可以促进农业与旅游业的有机融合,是一种新型的乡村旅游形式。"美丽乡村"建设与乡村旅游低碳化发展要求具有契合点,以此为基础构建出一个以低碳乡村旅游驱动"美丽乡村"建设的机制;此外,从克服"美丽乡村"低碳旅游发展还存在一些问题与障碍出发,提出推进"美丽乡村"低碳旅游的发展的系列对策。 ＂ Beautiful countryside＂is an upgrade for the construction of exemplification of ＂Beautiful China＂ in rural areas of our country.Low-carbon socialist new countryside, also the rural tourism can increase the in- tegration of agriculture and tourism as a relatively new form of tourism.A mechanism of ＂beautiful countryside＂ construction driven by low-carbon rural tourism can be built based on the meeting point of ＂beautiful country- side＂ construction and low-carbon rural tourism development.However, measures should be taken to achieve the development as problems and obstacles exist in the development of ＂beautiful countryside＂ low-carbon tourism.
