摘 要: 基于电动轮综合性能试验台,研究了电动汽车轮毂电机的工作特性,包括轮毂电机驱动电流、效率与输出转矩关系等.利用Labview软件设计出了电机自动运行及测试的相关程序,用于采集电机电压、电流、输出转矩、转速等信号,以及计算电机的输入、输出功率和电机效率,实现数据显示和输出.通过实际测量,试验台测量精度高,性能稳定,并可以判定被测轮毂电机的性能状况. Based on the electric wheel comprehensive performance test-bed, the operating characteristics of the motor are tested and the relationship among input current, output torque and efficiency of the motor is studied. The program is designed by Labview to run the motor and conduct the test automatically, so as to collect the data of the signals such as driving voltage, current, output torque and rotate speed, and to calculate the values of input power, output power and efficiency value, hence realizing data display and output. By actual measuring, the accuracy of the test-bed is high, and its performance is stable. Meanwhile, the performance of the measured wheel hub motors can be determined simultaneously.
