摘　　要： "思想道德修养与法律基础"课重在培养大学生的思想道德观念、人格素质和法治素养,在当前我国进入协调推进"四个全面"这一引领民族复兴战略布局的关键时期,"基础"课理所当然地应承担起相应的育人功能。因此,当前高校"基础"任课教师应该在提升教学效果上下功夫。在对当前高职大学生进行深入的调查访谈和对当前"基础"课的教学现状整体把握基础上,提出一些解决现状的对策和建议。 The eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party Put forward that morality education is the fundamental task of education. The course“Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis”whose main task is to train college students＇ideological and moral concepts and legal literacy should be in improving the quality of teaching on the efforts. This paper bases on the investigation of the present teaching situation of the course, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
