摘　　要： 癌症精准医学是在基因组测序和大数据分析基础上开展的针对癌症的精准诊断、预防、治疗和护理等的全新模式，以期达到提升目前癌症诊疗水平的目的。 Cancer precision medicine is an important part of the Precision Medicine Initiative presented by Barack Obama in 2015. Its goal is to identify cancer genomic driver mutations and effectively develop approaches to cancer treatment. It should ensure that cancer patients get the right treatment at the right dose and time,with minimum ill consequences and maximum efficiency. Comments are given on the cost-performance ratio of cancer PM.
