摘　　要： 禽流感的爆发不仅对人类生命安全构成重大威胁,还重创了家禽产业,引起了国内外学者的高度关注。从禽流感的概念、演变、传导机制以及禽流感监管技术体系4个方面回顾了国内外研究,最后对以上研究作出评述,并指出未来研究可能的发展方向。 The outbreak of avian influenza is not only a major threat to human life safety, but also a big hit to the poultry industries, which raise the attention of scholars both at home and abroad. This article reviews the related research from con- cept, evolution, transmission mechanism to the supervision technology of avian influenza, comprehensively reviews all the stating research, and points out the possible development of future research.
