摘　　要： 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四物汤中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸(17∶83),检测波长为316 nm。结果:四物汤中阿魏酸含量为8.49 mg/60 g。结论:采用HPLC测定四物汤中阿魏酸的含量,该操作简便,准确,重复性好,结果可靠,可为四物汤的质量控制提供依据。 Objective： To establish a method for the determination of ferulie acid in Siwu Tang by HPLC. Methods： To detecte ferulic acid by HPLC. The mobile phase for ferulie acid was a mixed solution of C2H3N-0.085 % H3PO4（17∶83） and the wavelength was 316 nm. Results： The contents of ferulic acid in Siwu Tang was 8.49 mg/60 g. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, repeatable and reliable in the content determination of Siwu Tang. It can be used for controlling the quality of Siwu Tang.
