摘　　要： 采用访谈法、综合分析法对高校体质测试中长跑猝死事故进行界定,整理了我国高校体质测试长跑猝死事故纠纷涉及到的法律依据、责任主体、处理方式、处理程序等,分析了构建我国高校体质测试中长跑猝死事故纠纷处理机制的意义与现状,同时提出了我国高校体质测试中长跑猝死事故纠纷处理机制的构想及有效实施高校体质测试长跑猝死事故纠纷处理机制的建议. By using interview method and comprehensive analysis method,this paper defines the concept of sudden death accidents in long-distance running in physical fitness test in colleges,sorts out the legal basis,liability subjects,handling methods,handling procedures and other issues involved in the disputes of sudden death accidents.It analyzes the significance and current status of the dispute handling mechanism of sudden death accidents in long-distance running in physical fitness test in colleges,proposes the conception of the dispute handling mechanism of sudden death accidents in long-distance running in physical fitness test in colleges,and finally puts forward the suggestions for the effective implementation of the dispute handling mechanism of sudden death accidents in long-distance running in physical fitness test in colleges.
