摘 要: 以不同树龄(2a龄、3a龄、5a龄)桐花树老叶为材料,采用石蜡切片法和显微观察方法,对叶片形态和组织结构进行比较,结果表明:随着树龄增大,桐花树叶片数、叶面积、叶片鲜重和干重均显著上升;叶片的上、下表皮细胞大小变化不大;栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、下表皮角质层厚度、气孔个数、盐腺细胞直径和高度均不存在显著差异;而盐腺细胞个数显著增多,上表皮角质层逐年增厚,气孔长度和宽度均显著变小.树龄对桐花树老叶形态和组织结构均有显著的影响. The morphology and anatomic structure of old leaves of different ages( 2a,3a and 5a) of Aegiceras Corniculatum plants were comparatively studied by adopting paraffin section method and microscopic observation. Results indicated that as plant age increased,the number of leaf per plant,leaf area,leaf fresh weight and dry weight increased significantly; No significant difference was observed between the size of the upper epidermal cells and the lower epidermal cells; the thickness of palisade tissue,sponge tissue,the cuticle thickness of lower epidermis,number of stomata and the salt gland cell size also demonstrated no significant changes among different ages of plant; however,the number of salt gland cells,the cuticle thickness of upper epidermis increased with plant age,but the size of stomata significantly decreased with plant age. Conclusion: plant age has significant effect on old leaf morphology and anatomic structure of Aegiceras Corniculatum.
