摘　　要： 近年来,高职大学生毕业生就业形势越来越严峻,职业生涯规划作为大学生提高个人竞争力,保证大学生实现人生规划和职业发展的重要措施,已成为国内各高校普遍关注的热点问题。本文以东莞职业技术学院大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈等方式,了解高职院校大学生职业生涯规划的情况,并提出有效可行的对策和措施,以期促进高职大学生职业生涯规划能力的提升,提高就业竞争能力,为高校的就业指导工作的开展提供有价值的参考。 In recent years, higher vocational college graduates employment situation more and more serious, as col- lege students career planning to improve the competitive ability of the individual, to ensure that students achieve life planning and career development of the important measures, has become a hot issue of common concern to domestic u- niversities. Taking dongguan polytechnic college students as the research object, through questionnaire survey and inter- views, to understand the career planning of college students, and puts forward effective feasible countermeasures and measures, in order to promote the ability of the higher vocational college students＇ career planning, raise the employ- ment competition ability, to the employment guidance of college work provide valuable reference.
