摘　　要： 在翔实的统计数据基础上,从固定资产投资和产业规模、企业数量和从业人员、支柱产业地位、企业经营状况、合同总额和新签合同额、房屋建筑施工竣工面积、对外承包工程等方面对2014年建筑业总体情况进行了分析。总结出2014年中国建筑业江浙两省仍雄居龙头、中西部地区新签合同额增速较快等5个特点。从专业类别、资质等级、注册地区和登记类型4个角度,对2014年建筑业特、一级企业的总产值、总收入、利润和新签合同额等主要指标完成情况进行了分析。 Based on the statistics data,a general situation of China’s construction industry in 2014 is analyzed including industrial investment and size,numbers of enterprises and employees, building acreage built,volume of new contracts,volume of completed projects,and overseas projects contracted. The characteristics of China’s construction industry development in 2014 are summarized in five aspects including the increase of regional development gap and relative concentration of construction market distribution. The completion of main indicators of China’s extra and the first grade enterprises in 2014 are analyzed,including total output value,total revenue,benefit and value of the new contracts. The situations are detailed in four aspects of specialty category,qualification ranking,registration region and registration type.
