摘 要: 为了优化超声辅助提取皱盖假芝脂溶性成分的工艺。在单因素的实验基础上,采用响应面法进行实验设计,选取料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取功率进行四因素三水平实验,最终得到超声辅助提取皱盖假芝脂溶性成分的最佳工艺条件为:料液比36.74 m L·g^(-1),提取时间47.31 min,提取温度90℃,提取功率82 W。在此条件下,提取率为8.4891%。因此超声辅助提取工艺简单且稳定,是可行的提取方案。 For optimizing the ultrasound-assisted extraction technology of fat-soluble components from A mauroderma rude, the impact of solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction power on the yield of fat-soluble components from Amauroderma rude were investigated. Through Box-Benhnken central combination design and response surface methodology, it was indication that the optimum extraction condition as follows: solid-liquid ratio 36.74 mL·g-1, extraction time 47.31 min, extraction temperature 90℃ and extraction power 82 W. Under such conditions, extraction yield was up to 8.4891% and it was a feasible extraction program.
