摘　　要： 中国零售业态结构优化,需要关注业态高级化与结构均衡化两个方面,而结构均衡是建立在业态高级化基础之上的。业态高级化程度低的城市(即低度城市)与业态高级化程度高的城市(即高度城市),其零售业态结构优化的方向都是高度均衡。2004年外资零售进入我国以来,对于高度城市零售业态结构的影响微乎其微,对于低度城市零售业态结构优化既具有直接的促进作用,又通过对地区生活质量和人口规模与零售业态结构间的影响关系产生调节效应。当前,在外资零售已经完成对我国一二线城市布局的情况下,应积极吸引外资零售进入低度市场(三四线城市),以充分发挥其对零售业态结构优化的调节效应。 In optimizing China’s retailing structure,we should pay more attention to upgrade and balance related problems;and the first one is the basis of the second one. Cities with lower or higher level of retailing structure should all take higher degree of balance as the target of retailing structure optimization. The entry of foreign retailers in 2004 had almost negligible effect on cities with higher level of retailing structure. But it had the direct effect on cities with lower level of retailing structure in promoting the optimization of retailing structure;and it also had some moderating effect on these cities through its effect on living standard and population scale. At present,given the situation that foreign retailers has already finished their arrangements in the first and second tier cities,we should attract more foreign retailers to enter the cities with lower level of retail structure,i.e. the third or fourth tier cities,to play their role of moderator in optimizing retailing structure.
