摘　　要： 公共艺术是艺术与大众相遇的一种美好形式,彰显了开放性、民主性、交流性和共享性等社会特征、文化属性与精神态度。新时代背景下城市公共艺术的文化内涵包括:从转场到转景,辨析公共艺术从城市意象到城乡共生机制下文化记忆的变化;从视觉到通感,探讨公共艺术从可视性到可读性的拓展;从单向到交互,分析公共艺术从有限展示到多元开放的格局。 Public art is a good form combining art and the public,which shows the social characteristics,cultural properties and mental attitude such as openness,democracy,communication and sharing. The culture connotation of urban public art under the background of new era includes:moving from space to scene to analyze the cultural memory changes of public art when varying images from the city to the urban and rural areas;From visual to synaesthesia to discuss the development of public art from the visibility to the readability; From one-way to interaction to analyze the pattern of public art from a limited display to diversity.
