摘 要: 对比分析单主体、双主体、多主体三种建设模式,得出制约高职数字教学资源开放与共享的关键在于校企合作不顺所凸显的体制机制问题。为促使政府、行业、学校、企业共建共享数字教学资源,提出"政府主导、行业指导、企业参与、院校推进"的动力机制模型。基于此,从优化契合点、巩固支撑点、搭建共享点、登上制高点四个方面提出实施策略。 Through the comparative analysis of three existing models as single subject,double subject and multi subject,this paper came to the conclusion that,the key restricting the higher vocational digital teaching resources sharing system is the institutional problems existing in the cooperation between enterprises and colleges. In order to promote the co-construction of digital teaching resources sharing system among the government,industry,schools and enterprises,a model is purposed. It mainly consists of four core ideas,"led by government,guided by industry,fulfilled by enterprises,and promoted by colleges". Based on that model,four strategies are suggested,which are "optimizing the operation,strengthening supports,building sharing system,and taking the initiative".
