摘　　要： 成本控制是项目管理的重要内容,更是承包商项目管理的基础工作。在调查的基础上,确定了影响承包商成本的主要风险因素:业主资金未及时到位、投资回收期长、业主提出的设计变更等。对这些风险因素进行了分析,指出问题的关键所在并给出相应的对策和措施。指导承包商可以根据实际情况采取积极有效的应对措施,提高自身的抗风险能力和市场竞争力,最大限度地实现项目的经济效益。 Cost control is an important content of project management. And it is a foundation work of contractor＇s project management. Based on investigation,this paper finds out that the risk factors influence contractor＇s cost control,including the owner＇s lack of money,investment capital retrieved in a very long time,design change by the owner,etc. And these risk factors are briefly analyzed in detail. Key problems and countermeasures are presented as well. Thus the contractors may,by considering their own situation,take positive and effective measures to improve their risk resistance capacity and market competitiveness and maximize economic benefit from the project.
