摘 要: [目的]分析研究并改进食品中磷的测定方法。[方法]对钼蓝分光光度法测定食品中磷的测定方法进行改进,对消解液酸度的调节,显色剂进行了改进,并与国标方法钼蓝分光光度法测定食品中磷的测定方法进行对比分析。[结果]试验表明,该试验改进的方法不仅简化了操作过程,显色明显,而且标准曲线线性良好,得到了较好的准确度,测定结果与国标方法的测定结果比较无显著统计学差别。[结论]研究得出的改进的钼蓝分光光度法可用于食品中磷的测定。 [ Objective ] To analyze and improve determination method for phosphorus in food. [ Method] The determination for phosphorus in food with molybdenum blue spectrophotometry method was improved. The acidity of digestion fluid was adjusted, chromogenic agent was im- proved. [ Result] The results showed that the improved method not only simplifies the operation process, color obvious, but also has good line- arity of standard curve. The determination results has no significant statistic difference with that of national standard method. [ Conclusion ] The improved molybdenum blue spectrophotometry method can be used in determination of phosphorus in food.
