摘 要: 为了对光伏电池板的性能进行智能分析,基于虚拟仪器技术,应用Lab Windows/CVI软件设计了多功能的光伏电池板性能监测系统,将实时采集到的光伏电池板、蓄电池和负载的电压、电流、功率与环境温度、光照强度等数据通过1716L-PCI数据采集卡传入上位机进行实时显示与管理,并对光伏电池板的性能进行分析,绘制特性曲线和计算性能指标数值。通过设置不同的负载控制模式实现耗能的最优控制,提高了太阳能的利用效率。同时,借助SIM 300开发板和互联网技术,实现了手机短信远程开启、关闭上位机和网站远程访问的功能,提高了监测系统的智能化管理。 Based on the virtual instrument, a multi-purpose performance monitoring system of photovoltaic panels was designed by LabWindows/CVI software for intelligent analysis. The voltage, current, power, ambient temperature and light intensity were collected via the 1716L-PCI data acquisition card and displayed in real-time. After the data analysis, the monitoring system drew the characteristic curve and calculated performance indicator values. In order to improve energy use efficiency, the system set different control modes to achieve energy optimal control, including automatic mode, manual mode and custom mode. Meanwhile, with the SIM 300 module and internet technology, the system achieved other useful functions, including sending text messages by mobile phone to turn on and off the host computer and remotely visiting it by the Internet, which effectively improved the intelligent management of the monitoring system.
