摘 要: 积极组织行为学是组织行为学的发展和创新,重点研究和开发组织系统中人们的心理优势,它对指导高职"双师型"教学团队建设具有十分重要的意义。以"双师型"教学团队建设过程为线索,从微观层面将积极组织行为学中关于自我效能、希望、乐观、主观幸福感和情商智力五个方面,采取积极方式贯穿其中,提高教学团队的工作绩效。 The positive organizational behavior is organizational behavior development and innovation, focusing on research and development organization system in people’s psychological advantage, its vocational guidance “Double” teaching team building has very important significance.
