摘 要: 根据当前三次泵的运行特点,分析了潜在的三次泵变流量运行方案;并以某建筑为例,比较了供冷季节三次泵系统与传统二次泵系统的水泵总能耗,得出三次泵变流量可节能30.61%;最后对三次泵变流量的控制运行方案进行了分析。结果表明,三次泵变流量系统的运行策略比常规一次或二次泵变流量系统复杂,负荷的变化方向将影响水泵运行调节次序。当末端负荷增加时,应先增加一次泵或二次泵流量,最后增加三次泵流量;而末端负荷减少时,应先降低三次泵流量,然后减少二次泵和一次泵流量。 The potential running programs of primary-secondary-tertiary variable flow pumps were analysed in accordance with the characteristics of the current three-level variable flow pumps. The total energy consumption of the chilled variable flow pumps in cooling season was compared with that of the conventional secondary pump system. Illustrated by a case of example, a 30.61% of energy saving was obtained with the three-level variable flow pumps. The control schemes of the three-level variable flowing pumps were discussed. The results indicate that the control schemes of the threel- level variable flowing pumps are more complex than that of the primary or secondary variable flowing pumps, that the changing of loads affect the adjustment of the flowing pumps. When the end loads increase, the flow of the first level or the second level flowing pumps should be increased followed by the tertiary flowing pumps; When the end loads decrease, the flow of the tertiary pumps should first be lowered followed by the secondary and the primary pumps.
