摘 要: 目的从土壤中筛选3种菌株发酵麦麸制备阿魏酸酯酶。方法采用稀释平板法从土壤中筛选了3种菌株,麦麸分别与3种菌株接种发酵后,测定阿魏酸酯酶的活性。结果鉴定3种菌株分别为泡盛曲霉、米曲霉和棒曲霉,麦麸接种3种菌株发酵后都能获得阿魏酸酯酶,且固体发酵的效果优于液体发酵,泡盛曲霉的产酶效果最好。结论获得了一种较好的发酵麦麸产阿魏酸酯酶的菌株。 Objective To prepare ferulic acid lipase from wheat bran fermented by 3 kinds of strains sifted from the soil.Methods Three kinds of strains were sifted from the soil by using the dilution- plate method,and then vaccinated with wheat bran respectively. After wheat bran being fermented,the activity of ferulic acid lipase was tested. Results The 3 kinds of strains were identified as Aspergillus awamori,Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus aclavatus. Ferulic acid lipase could be acquired from all the 3 kinds of strains vaccinated and fermented with wheat bran,moreover,the effect of solid- state fermentation was superior to that of liquid fermentation. Aspergillus awamori showed the best effect in enzyme production. Conclusions We acquire a good strain to produce ferulic acid lipase by fermenting with wheat bran.
