摘　　要： 志愿精神是对转型期中国社会价值系统混乱现状的积极回应。对于图书馆人而言,志愿精神的内在动力源于少数民族文化的边缘化和知识的相对贫困、图书馆人自我实现的需要。高度的职业认同是图书馆人参与志愿服务的决定性前提。 The volunteer spirit is the positive response to the confused present situation of the social value system in China in the transformation period. For the librarian, the internal power of the volunteer spirit originates from the marginalization of the culture and the relative poverty of the knowledge of the minority, and the need for the self-realization of the librarian. The high career identity is the decisive premise for the librarian to participate in the volunteer service.
