摘　　要： 本文阐述了广东自贸区前海蛇口片区跨境电商的发展现状,分析了"十三五"期间发展跨境电商的目标以及发展条件,探讨了五类跨境电商发展模式,就其模式内容、运营主体、服务对象、依托资源和创新潜力等进行比较分析,梳理了该区域发展跨境电商的逻辑关系与重点方向。 This paper describes the developing situation of cross-border business in Qianhai ＆ Shekou area of Guangdnng FTZ, Analyses the development goal and conditions of cross-border business during ＇The thirteen five-year-plan＇ , Discusses five kinds of different development mode of cross-border business, Compares and analyses content, operation body, service object, resources relied, and the potential fro＂ innovation of all these modes, Combing the logical relations and those focal points of the development of cross-border business in the area.
