摘 要: 清朝嘉庆十四年十二月十二日(1810年1月16日)夜晚,鞋铺工人黄亚胜在广州商馆区被外国水手杀死,其后凶手被指控为英国水手,广东官府、十三行商与英国就此案件进行长期交涉,深刻影响了当时的中英商贸、外交关系及涉外法权,也反映了清代中期外国水手的生理需求及由此带来的冲突。 In the night of January 16th, 1810, a Chinese shoemaker called Hwang Ya-Shing was killed by foreign sailors in the area of Canton Hongs. The murderers were deemed to be the British sailors. Chinese government,Hong Merchants and British government were hold a series of negotiation for a long time to deal with this case.This case deeply influenced the Sino-British trade, diplomatic relations, and foreign-related judiciary. This case reflected the desire and sex conflict of the foreign sailors in the middle Qing dynasty.
