摘　　要： 服务学习是一种在行动和反思过程中进行的经验性学习,它将学业学习和社区服务有机结合在一起。在高职教育中引入服务学习理念并建立相应的课程体系,有利于高职学生在实践与反思中深化理论内容,树立服务社会的人生观,培养职业核心能力,养成爱岗敬业的职业道德与良好的团队合作精神。 Service learning is an experiential learning process in action and reflection carried out, it will be academic learning and community service combine together. Introduced the concept of service learning in vocational education and the establishment of appropriate curriculum, in favor of vocational students to deepen the theoretical content in practice and reflection, and establish life to serve the community, cultivate professional core competencies, and develop love and dedication of professional ethics with good cooperation and teamwork.
