改良酶抑制法快速检测稻谷中有机磷农药残留

摘  要: 目的了解粮食农药速测卡的可靠性及实用性。方法通过改良酶抑制法,采用速测卡对有机磷农药的最低检出限进行试验,以及检测稻谷样品中有机磷农药残留情况,并与气相色谱法进行对比;同时对不同批次的速测卡进行比较试验。结果速测卡对大部分有机磷农药的检出限比较低,灵敏度在0.01 mg/kg^2.0 mg/kg;对敌敌畏灵敏度最高,可达到0.01 mg/kg;对乐果灵敏度较低,为2.0 mg/kg。检测样品时,速测卡与气相色谱法阴性符合率为99.5%,阳性符合率为84.6%。5个批次的速测卡显色结果基本一致,批次间重复性较好。结论速测卡法具有快速、准确、方便、灵敏等特点,适用于粮食生产基地、粮食收购站、粮食仓库和稻米加工厂等单位现场的定性分析。 Objective To know the dependability and practicability of pesticides test paper in grain. Methods Test the minimum detection limit of organophosphorus pesticides by the test paper; samples of rice was examined by the test paper and gas chromatography,and the results were compared with each other. Results The detection limit of the test paper was low with the sensitivity 0. 01 mg / kg - 2. 0 mg / kg,the sensitivity to dichlorvos was higher wihic was 0. 01 mg / kg,and the sensitivity to Leguoling is low which was 2. 0 mg / kg. when organophosphorus pesticides were added in negative rice samples. 84. 6% of positive results detected by the test paper tallied with the one by gas chromatography,and 99. 5% of negative results were that. Five batches of speed measurement card color results are basically consistent,and the reproducibility of batch to batch was good. Conclusion The test paper was considered as rapid,accurate,convenient,and suitable for grain production base,grain purchasing station,grain warehouse,and rice processing plant to do spot qualitative analysis.
