摘　　要： 通过引入参数和应用权函数的方法,建立了一个核为递减非凸的、具有最佳常数因子、零齐次半离散的Hilbert型不等式及其等价形式,并考虑了特殊结果. By introducing the multi-parameters and the method of weight functions, a half-discrete Hilbert-type ine- quality and its equivalent forms are given. They are the monotone decreasing and non-convex homogeneous kernel of degree O, and with a best constant. Some particular cases are also considered.
