摘 要: 小型工业锅炉因其炉型、使用工况各有不同,运行管理水平参差不齐,能源综合利用又要求各种热力参数互相耦合,单独采用某项通用节能措施往往达不到能源高效综合利用的目的,因此小型工业锅炉的节能改造方案应根据其具体情况来量身定做。文章用框图法对小型工业锅炉系统普遍存在的问题进行归类,指出节能改造的方向和实施流程,并以某印染厂一台循环流化床锅炉为例,分析改造前锅炉存在的问题及原因,提出了节能综合改造方案。通过对改造前后锅炉各项参数的分析对比,该锅炉改造后的锅炉效率比改造前提高了15%,每年节省用煤成本约245万元,经济效益明显。 In view of the differences existed in furnace type,working condition,operation management level of Low-capacity industrial boilers,and moreover,all the thermal parameters coupling required in energy comprehensive utilization,only us of universal energy-saving measure generally cannot reach the purpose of comprehensive and efficient utilization of energy.Thus energy saving reconstruction scheme should be designed according to the specific situation.The common problems of low-capacity industrial boiler system were classified by block diagram in this paper,and the direction and implementation process of energysaving reconstruction was pointed out.Then,exampled with circulating fluidized bed boiler in a dyeing factory,the problems existed in the boiler and the causes were analyzed,and the scheme of comprehensive energy-saving was proposed.Through analyzing and comparing the parameters resulted before and after the reconstruction,it was shown that the efficiency had been increased by 15%,and about $2.45 million a year for coal cost would be saved.After the reconstruction the economic benefit is obvious.
