摘 要: 研究改性白炭黑和硅酮粉对丁苯橡胶(SBR)性能的影响。结果表明:在填料用量相同的情况下,随着硅酮粉用量的增大,胶料的ML和MH呈减小趋势,硫化胶的物理性能下降,弹性和耐磨性提高;与未改性填料填充SBR硫化胶相比,硅烷偶联剂KH-550或M-CNSL改性填料填充SBR硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大,撕裂强度变化不大,弹性和耐磨性提高,其中M-CNSL的改性效果更明显;扫描电子显微镜分析证明,改性白炭黑和硅酮粉在SBR硫化胶中的分散性提高。 The effect of modified silica and silicone powder on the properties of SBR compound was investigated.The results showed that,at the same total amount of fillers,as the addition level of silicone powder increased,the ML and MH of the compound decreased,the physical properties of the vulcanizates decreased,and the resilience and wear resistance were improved.Compared with the SBR vulcanizate filled with unmodified fillers,the modulus,tensile strength and elongation at break of the SBR vulcanizate filled with fillers modified by silane coupling agent KH-550 or M-CNSL increased,the tear strength changed little,and the resilience and wear resistance were improved.It was found that the modification effect of M-CNSL was better.SEM test results indicated that,with modification,the dispersion of silica and silicone powder in the SBR vulcanizate was improved.
