摘 要: 选用油气田地面管汇常用材料20Cr,采用自制的喷射式冲刷试验台,运用失重法,分别研究了在石英砂与蒸馏水、3.5%Na Cl和常压饱和CO2溶液形成的液固两相流体中,20Cr钢冲蚀速率随时间的变化规律。实验结果表明,在三种不同介质中,冲蚀速率随时间的变化总体上均为由大变小的趋势。在冲刷初期,冲蚀速率以一个较慢的速率逐渐下降;当冲刷超过一定时间后,由于金属表面腐蚀产物膜的沉积,覆盖金属表面,冲蚀速率有了明显的降低。通过扫描电子显微镜对表面产物膜和表面腐蚀形貌进行了分析,指出产物膜是影响冲蚀速率的关键因素。 Experimental study was conducted on erosion-corrosion (E-C) properties of typical material of 20Cr steel for oilfield ground gathering transferring system.Three kinds of fluid are used in the experiment ; they are distilled water,3.5% NaCl aqueous solutions and saturated CO2 aqueous solutions respectively mixed with quartz grain.Experimental results show that in three kinds of fluid,The E-C rate decreases with time.In the early stage of E-C,the E-C rate decreased gradually,but the rate of decline is slower,when the E-C time exceeds a specified level,due to the deposition of corrosion product film in the metal surface,the product film covered the metal surface,E-C rate has been significantly reduced.The surface corrosion product film and surface morphology are analyzed by scanning electron microscope.It is point out that the corrosion product film is the key factors affecting E-C rate.
