摘　　要： 信息集群理论强调集群成员之间协调合作,应用新的信息技术,实现信息共享和信息增值。在公共数字文化资源整合中,信息集群理论的应用有利于实现公共数字文化资源的共享,降低生产成本,提高竞争性。应用策略包括:加强公共文化服务机构信息集群的构建;选择有效的运作模式,并建立与之相适应的管理机制;重视新的信息技术的应用,为公共数字文化资源整合提供完善的技术支撑;创造有利于公共数字文化资源整合持续发展的外部条件。 The information cluster theory emphasizes the coordination and cooperation between cluster members and the application of new information technology to realize of information sharing and information multiplication. In the integration of public digital culture resources the application of information cluster theory is propitious to share public digital culture resources, reduce production cost and improve the competitiveness. The application strategies include, strengthening the construction of public cultural services information cluster; choosing effective mode of operation, and establishing the corresponding management mechanism; attaching great importance to the application of new information technology, and providing the perfect technical support for public digital cultural resources integration; creating favorable external conditions for the continuous development of public digital culture resources integration.
