摘　　要： 临床护理中非语言的行为沟通,常常比语言沟通更为重要。但却被医护和实习生忽视,成为引起医源性疾病的一个重要原因。提出医护之间非语言沟通的重要意义和具体操作技巧,并介绍手术室、传染病科和神经精神病科的具体应用。建议在新的护理模式中,对心理护理注入更多的创意性活动。 Nonverbal behavior plays more important rule than language communication in clinical nursing communication.But the medical interns and neglect,become an important cause of iatrogenic diseases.Put forward the important significance of non language communication between health care and specific skills,and introduces the concrete application of operation room,department of infectious diseases and neuropsychiatric diseases.Suggest inject more creative activities on the psychological nursing in nursing mode in the new.
