摘 要: 实验教学条件是提升人才培养质量的重要的前提之一,如何根据实验教学需要,避免重复建设是实验教学资源配置难点。在有限的投入下,地方院校能否实现对实验教学资源从粗放管理到精细化管理转变直接关系到地方院校生存与可持续发展大计。研究量化标准,建立优化利用公式,可以实现对院级实验中心人员、房屋和仪器设备配置模式进行定量分析和精细化管理。以学科特性和学生人数为指标,合理配置实验室面积;以年实验人时数为指标,量化仪器设备的配置套数,防止仪器设备重复购置;量化实验人员工作量,科学设置实验人员岗位。以上措施降低实验教学资源配置成本,为提高办学效益和本科实验教学质量提供了保障。 Experimental teaching condition is quality. Both meet experimental teaching request a limited invest situation, how to realize change important precondition to improve personnel training and avoid of building redundant project is difficult. In from extensive management to refined management is related to sustainable development of local university. We set up quantitative analysis standard and apply it to allocating laboratory rooms, laboratory technicians, instruments and equipments, disturbing lab area according to subject and amounts of students ; setting operating post of lab by quantitative workload criteria; allocating apparatus of lab with experiment teaching hours and numbers of students variable; Above measures can improve utilize efficiency of experimental teaching recourse.
