摘　　要： 采用电梯行业机械标准,根据电梯专业教学需要设计三层站模型电梯,机械结构包括井道机架、导向系统、曳引系统、轿厢系统、门系统、安全保护系统,具备实际电梯所有功能,结构设计采用螺栓连接的方式,满足教学过程中反复拆装的需要。经过样机试验和实践教学证明,该模型电梯易教易学,有效提升了实践教学的效果。 Using the machinery standards of elevator industry,three-stations model elevator is designed for the professional teaching,the mechanical structure comprises hoistway frame,guide system,traction system,car system,door system and safety protection system. It almost has the full function of elevator,and uses the method of bolt connection in structure design to meet the repeatedly dismounting needs in teaching process. As proved by the prototype experiments and practice teaching,the model elevator is easy to teach and to learn,effectively enhancing the practice teaching efficiency.
