摘　　要： 以供应链协同为中间变量,利用结构方程模型构建信息共享对企业绩效间接作用机理的理论模型,研究信息共享对企业绩效的间接影响机制.实证研究表明:信息共享质量对信息共享的内容有影响,而信息共享对企业绩效的间接影响作用存在两条间接影响路径,即信息共享内容-供应链协同-企业绩效和信息共享质量-供应链协同-企业绩效,这表明信息共享通过供应链协同间接地影响企业绩效,进一步丰富了信息共享研究的价值. In order to know the indirect effect mechanism of information sharing on operational performance,it proposed the theoretical model of the relationship between supply chain information sharing and operational performance with supply chain collaboration as the mediating role,and empirically tested it with the use of the structural equation model. The results show that information sharing content affects its quality,and that there are two indirect paths in the relationship between information sharing and operational performance,the first one being ＂content of information sharing-supply chain collaboration-operational performance＂,the other one being ＂quality of information sharing-supply chain collaboration-operational performance＂,which provides evidence that there is indirect positive impact of information sharing on operational performance with supply chain collaboration as the mediating role.
